As Chief Operating Officer, Rose is responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring that things are running smoothly and everyone is happy. She oversees accounts payable and works diligently to manage and schedule all reporters’ daily assignments.
After graduating from Taylor University in 2000, Rose quickly became a part of the Stewart Richardson team where she works to exceed clients’ expectations every day.
Personal Interests: Rose and her husband Ryan stay busy chasing after their two kids, Phoebe and Maverick. In their limited downtime, they enjoy the outdoors, reading books and watching movies.

It was through teaching high school English that Tawnia realized her passion for working with others, finding the best solutions to address their questions. At Stewart Richardson, she enjoys working with both our clients and court reporters to make sure all questions are answered quickly, and everyone comes away feeling valued. She thrives on helping others experience excellent service every day.
Haley graduated from Hanover College with a BA in Studio Arts and Theology. She recently finished her Master’s in Theological Studies and hopes to one day pursue her Doctorate, wanting to ultimately teach at a liberal arts college like her alma mater. Prior to working at Stewart Richardson, she worked in various roles at Bonefish Grill including Guest Service Associate and hostess, as well as administrative assistant and human resources positions at Harrison College. Haley’s position here involves scheduling, billing, and hospitality.
Personal Interests: Haley enjoys practicing yoga, spending time with her niece, and trying new restaurants in the Indianapolis area. Despite being a picky eater, she loves to come up with delicious creations in the kitchen and enjoys stress baking.
Andy graduated from Ball State University with his Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications emphasizing in Television and Film Production. As video production manager, Andy is responsible for scheduling videographers to film depositions and producing a high quality video product every time for clients.
Personal Interests: Andy is an avid fisherman and all around outdoorsman. On the weekends he can usually be found fishing for smallmouth bass on the White River. He also enjoys photography and cooking. Andy married in 2016. He and his wife, Shannon recently welcomed daughter Layla to their family. He still manages to fish but maybe not quite as often as he used to.
Cortney graduated from the College of Charleston with a BA in English, and moved to Indianapolis from Charleston, SC in December of 2016. Prior to moving she worked nine years for another court reporting company in Charleston, and brings that experience to her role here as our Client Care Manager. Cortney’s position here involves building relationships with local attorneys and paralegals, keeping a pulse on client satisfaction, and organizing client-appreciation events.
Personal Interests: Cortney enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time out in the sunshine with her boyfriend Kyle. She also enjoys getting to know the city of Indianapolis by visiting one of the many parks in the area, or by checking out popular restaurants and breweries in the city.
